4.4 All activity conducted through your phpark22 account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified phpark22 of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.3.
4.5 phpark22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your phpark22 account security settings.
5.1 phpark22 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the phpark22 platform from time to time. Supported payment methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits to phpark22 must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. phpark22 reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5.5 Deposits are credited to your phpark22 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two hours during banking hours.
5.6 phpark22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and may request supporting documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
6.1 Withdrawals from your phpark22 account are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). phpark22 may request government -issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your phpark22 account. phpark22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

11.3 phpark22's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phpark22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpark22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phpark22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at phpark22's sole discretion.
12.2 You may close your phpark22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
12.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, phpark22 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phpark22 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 16.2, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phpark22 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
